On February 18th, Jason De Leo, known as the Travelling Wine Man of A-Wines California, had the mission of showcasing the remarkable and diverse range of wines from Wente Vineyards at the Fells UK’s Annual Portfolio Tasting in London City. This event was a significant highlight in the world of wine, offering both wine enthusiasts and industry professionals an opportunity to explore some of the finest selections from one of California’s oldest and most prestigious wineries.
Fells Tasting is an eagerly awaited event in the wine industry, offering a unique opportunity for wine lovers, sommeliers, retailers, and industry professionals to explore some of the finest wines from across the globe. Held each year, this prestigious tasting showcases Fells diverse and carefully curated selection of wines, bringing together renowned wineries, emerging estates, and exceptional vintages.
On that day, guests were able to sample a variety of these wines, each carefully selected to showcase the depth and complexity of Wente’s offerings. From crisp, bright Chardonnays, such as the Morning Fog 2023, that display the elegance of the Livermore Valley terroir to robust reds that offer rich, full-bodied flavors, there was something for every type of wine lover to enjoy. This event also provided the perfect opportunity to introduce the latest cuvée from Wente Vineyards: the Baily Hill Pinot Noir 2021.
